Molly Neace is an attorney at the Law Office of Michella K. Melton, PLLC. Molly graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, summa cum laude (2013) and a Master of Science in Personal Financial Planning, cum laude (2017) and graduated from Texas Tech University School of Law with a Doctor of Jurisprudence (2017). Molly is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society. During law school, she was the Managing Editor for Texas Tech Law Review Volume 49 and was a research assistant for Professor Gerry W. Beyer and Professor John Watts.

Molly is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas since 2017. She practices primarily in the areas of estate planning, probate law, guardianship law, and family law. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Collin County Bar Association, the Collin County Women Lawyers Association, and the Collin County Young Lawyers.

Molly lives in Plano, Texas, and enjoys traveling, antique shopping, trying new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.
